Universal Packaging & Machinery’s quality control department is equipped with a Brown & Sharpe MicroVal® CMM as well as optical comparators and a host of other measuring equipment enabling us to hold extremely tight tolerances of 0.0005″, if required. Our standard tolerance of
+/-0.002″ has helped our company maintain our standing and quality in the beverage industry for over 23 years.

Universal Packaging houses its own Passivation department utilizing the A-A-A method for passivating any 304 and 316 stainless steel parts.
